Hey! I know this has been a very long slideshow presentation, but I want to thank
you for spending all the time you have to study it.
I would like to tell you what my vision is for this company and for you.
It has been a long path to this point, over 7 years, but we are barely
started on what I believe will be an incredible company built by thousands
of entrepreneurs world wide.
In the last 100 days we have brought in 110 new portal directors in 110
cities, and now plan to increase that growth this month to 3 new portal
directors in 3 new cities per day. As we grow, we build a much more
entrenched and self dependant network of home town portals, our own
internet if you will.
In my vision I see every business person in the world visited in person
by one of our wonderful portal directors or salespersons that they have
in their employ.
In my vision I see a decal in the window of every business promoting the
local portal. (Thanks to Joe Ferdinando for that genius idea).
In my vision I see the majority population of each town or city with one
of our home town portals setting our portal as their home page.
In my vision I see the majority of the traffic to the portals from direct
repeat visitors that have set us as their home page or favorite.
In my vision I see our network providing all our traffic internally and
from the hundreds of thousands of websites linking to our network with no
need of major search engines indexing us. (Major search engines will consider us their
competition and probably not want to supply us with traffic).
In my vision I see YourHomeTownPortal.com with it's own search engine that
completely indexes all the premium business listings and power pages in all
the home town portals all over the world. People will want to use the search
because it will contain only real mortar and brick businesses that have
been visited in person by one of our portal directors or their salespeople.
There will be no chance of results of pornography, offensive material, or
silly time wasting search results. Anyone wanting to find real businesses
can find it here.
In my vision I see our local classifieds being utilized as a very valuable
source of business for local residents and business owners.
In my vision I see our local job searches providing valuable services to
employers and job seekers.
In my vision I see our portal directors becoming one of the most valuable
business stimulators in the community, promoting their clients to other
businesses and residents locally.
In my vision I see our portal becoming the place to post articles by local
school children, business owners, politicians, religious leaders, and
anyone that just wants their voice heard.
In my vision I see videos promoting local business being posted and then
syndicated world wide throughout our entire worldwide network at no extra cost to
the business owners.
In my vision I see portal directors becoming financially independent, even wealthy.
In my vision I see portal directors providing jobs for local salespeople, administrative
assistants, and support staff needed to run their thriving business.
In my vision I see the portals becoming a strong local media substitute for
the newspaper and radio, or an extension for the newspaper and radio in those
markets where the portal director and radio or newspaper CEO's collaborate.
In my vision I see salespeople developing steady 6 figure incomes with annually
renewable commissions as they continue to service and satisfy their local client base.
In my vision I see district managers developing multiple cities of profitable portals
with happy portal directors becoming financially independent and training salespeople
for 6 figure sales jobs.
In my vision I see State Portal Directors creating massive promotions
for city portal directors increasing the value of all portals, which
in turns helps the city portal directors to be even more successful.
In my vision I see State Portal Directors creating millions of dollars
extra in profit for the city portal directors as well as for themselves.
In my vision I see our network becoming a world wide influential media.
In my vision I see us as a billion dollar organization with over 1000
millionaires created from our system.
In my vision I see myself with all of you enjoying conventions in
exotic places and toasting to each others success!!

Please note that some of our portal directors with experience in sales get 25% of
the business owners they give a presentation to purchase a premium listing. If you
are new to sales the industry standard is normally 10%. This in no way guarantees
you will have these percentages, but some of our directors report 25% closing ratio
once a business owner has been given a full presentation.

Rights for City Portal Director in regards to territory. Portal Director agrees that there is no protected territory for Portal Director. Portal Director may sell advertising for Portal Director's assigned portal to any person, business, or area in the world. Portal Director understands that no other entity can sell premium listings for Portal Director's assigned portal without the permission of Portal Director. Portal Director understands that other Portal Directors may sell advertising to any person or business in the town with the same name as Portal Directors portal. Only one portal will be built per town. Portal director has control of assigned portal.
