of the classifieds. This is for when you want to communicate privately with
another member, probably about a purchase, sale, or potential sale or purchase.
This is an alternative to public notes posted on your ads, but really is for
when private communication is needed, such as directions to your house,
how to pay, etcetera.
This email cannot "bounce" and is 100% delivered to your account, and
does not travel across the internet, it stays within our server within
our network. It is not "real" email, but seems to be "real" email. It
in fact is a communcation delivered inside our database from member
account to member account. This is why the message cannot be "hijacked"
across the internet like "real" email.
This is important if you are dealing with business, because you do not
want to lose email, and you do not want private communications violated.
It is also spam resistant because messages can ONLY come from registered
users of our classified system who are NOT suspended. Also, if you
decide you NEVER want emails from any user again, just click the spam
button and you will NEVER see a message from that person again. The
person will also know they cannot send you a message because when
they attempt to, it will notify them you will not receive messages
from them.

Please note that some of our portal directors with experience in sales get 25% of
the business owners they give a presentation to purchase a premium listing. If you
are new to sales the industry standard is normally 10%. This in no way guarantees
you will have these percentages, but some of our directors report 25% closing ratio
once a business owner has been given a full presentation.

Portal Director may sell advertising for Portal Director's assigned portal to any person, business, or area in the world. Portal Director understands that no other entity can sell premium listings for Portal Director's assigned portal without the permission of Portal Director. Portal Director understands that other Portal Directors may sell advertising to any person or business in the town with the same name as Portal Directors portal. Only one portal will be built per town. Portal director has control of assigned portal.
