Each category of the classifieds has many options for users to find or get notices of
classifieds posted to your portal.
These options are put in many places so that your users can find them easily, and
so they will use them. The more options your users have the more often they will
use your classifieds in your portal.
Under each category are sub categories to help refine their search. By each of these
categories there is a number that tells the count of how many advertisements are
currently in that subcategory.
Every category has a search box so the user can quickly find what they are looking
for using any key words they can think of.
Every category has an RSS feed. Many users want to use these feeds on their RSS feed
readers which will let them automatically know, ON THEIR OWN COMPUTER, all new
advertisements being posted to that particular category.
Someone looking for a job may want to see all new posts as soon as they are added
to the classifieds. Using their RSS reader the user does not need to check back to
your portal but rather can see the classifieds as they are created. When they click
on the links to read the classifieds, that will then bring them back to your portal.

Please note that some of our portal directors with experience in sales get 25% of
the business owners they give a presentation to purchase a premium listing. If you
are new to sales the industry standard is normally 10%. This in no way guarantees
you will have these percentages, but some of our directors report 25% closing ratio
once a business owner has been given a full presentation.

Portal Director may sell advertising for Portal Director's assigned portal to any person, business, or area in the world. Portal Director understands that no other entity can sell premium listings for Portal Director's assigned portal without the permission of Portal Director. Portal Director understands that other Portal Directors may sell advertising to any person or business in the town with the same name as Portal Directors portal. Only one portal will be built per town. Portal director has control of assigned portal.
