Viewing your Private Business Internal Email

Notification via your "real" email: When you receive a private email communication you can opt to have an email sent to any other "real" email address notifying you of your message.

You may also choose to just log in at anytime and check your messages.

When you log into your private members area, you will click on "Read Incoming Email" and you will see a panel that looks like the screenshot above. Lets look at the features:

Sort: The free user can sort their email by oldest, newest, email that has been read, email that has been saved, or by subject.

Read: When you click on the "Read" button you see a screen that looks like the screenshot below. Here you can see who the email is from, the ID of the member that sent you, date and time setn, subject, and message. You are given a form that allows you to respond privately to this person.

Since this email is all inside our internal database system, it does not travel over the internet, it is always 100% delivered, and no one else can read it.

At the bottom of your read email form you are given the options to "Reply", "Return", (return to read other email), "Delete" or "Save".

Delete: The delete button lets you delete the email from your account, it will ask you to confirm first so you do not accidently delete email you want to keep.

Success Invention #52

Save: All email is automatically deleted after 30 days unless you click the "Save" button. If you do this the email will never be deleted until the free user manually deletes it themselves.

Success Invention #53

Spam: The only way someone can send you a message is if they are a registered active user of the classifieds. However, if you get an email from anyone you never want to receive email from again, all you need to do is click the "Spam" button and you will never receive email from that person again. When that person attempts to send you email in the future, a notice will tell them they are not allowed to do so, this way they know they are not getting a message to you.

Rights for City Portal Director in regards to territory. Portal Director agrees that there is no protected territory for Portal Director. Portal Director may sell advertising for Portal Director's assigned portal to any person, business, or area in the world. Portal Director understands that no other entity can sell premium listings for Portal Director's assigned portal without the permission of Portal Director. Portal Director understands that other Portal Directors may sell advertising to any person or business in the town with the same name as Portal Directors portal. Only one portal will be built per town. Portal director has control of assigned portal.
