What can you tell me about Humacao, Puerto Rico?

I am moving with my children within a year to Puerto Rico. They both attend elementary school and the oldest is in the mild to high functioning autism spectrum. I will be seeking a job as an English elementary school teacher. I heard that the best areas in Humacao are Barrio Tejas and Barrio Mabu. I would truly appreciate your honest response. Well Humacao is near Fajardo….a City in the Country….has a Branch of the Universidad de Puerto Rico…(state Public University)
